 Legal Information: when you have found a property you wish to purchase, it is essential to complete the title searches on the property through a Lawyer to ensure the property is free from any charges, mortgages and outstanding debts. Once all the searches are completed and the property is in good legal order then you can sign the Private Contract. Once both parties have signed a deposit of 10% of the purchase price is paid by the purchaser, at this point the contract becomes legal & binding for both parties.
